ALL INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE RECORDED FOR TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY,   PATIENTS WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS WHEN CALLING

- OPTION 1 FOR PRESCRIPTION QUERIES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10am - 12pm

- OPTION 2 FOR RESULTS, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3pm - 5pm

- OPTION 3 FOR SECRETARIAL/DERMATOLOGY QUERIES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9am - 4pm

FOR TELEPHONE OR APPOINTMENT REQUESTS PATIENTS ARE ASKED TO STAY ON THE LINE FOR A RECEPTIONIST
